Destiny's Commitment to Your Privacy. Your privacy is important to us, and Landmark Destiny Group, Inc will do everything it can to ensure the information you provide to us is used only to maximize the opportunities for our Job Seekers and Corporate Client Groups to find each other and efficiently and effectively communicate. As a Job Seeker, you will acknowledge as part of your Profile registration process that you agree to the release of certain information and receiving periodic email updates from us unless you choose to opt out.

Important Profile Information. By registering with us, you, as either a Job Seeker or Corporate Client, provide personal information that is not normally protected under Freedom of Information Act provisions. This information, which includes at a minimum your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, allows us to identify you and assists each Group in communicating with the other. Also, you authorize Landmark Destiny Group, Inc to accept photographs and make reference checks on your background, including information supplied as part of the on-line application. Furthermore, you fully understand that all information gained through this application process, including notes, video, photographs and audio recordings, are the property of Landmark Destiny Group, Inc, and you authorize their release to and use by third parties in connection with the employment process.

How We Use the Information. Our unique Job Seeker Profile, which can include resumes, photos, evaluations, and an audio interview, provide an on-line virtual interview as the first step in finding employment. Job Seekers use the information provided by Corporate Clients in their job descriptions to search for and apply for jobs. Corporate Clients use the information provided by Job Seekers in their profiles to search for individuals with specific skill sets and in their Hiring Forum registrations to offer interview opportunities.

Confidential Profiles. Job Seekers can choose to make their profile and resume(s) Confidential. Under this condition, contact information and resume(s) are unavailable to Corporate Clients while still allowing the Job Seeker to be found during skill set searches. The other portions of an individual profile remain visible, and, under the right set of circumstances could give away a Job Seeker's identity. If a Job Seeker either accepts a Hiring Forum interview offer or applies for a position based upon a job alert, the Confidential information will be unmasked only for that one specific situation.

Privacy Protection for Minors. Landmark Destiny Group, Inc web site is not designed to be used by minors and is not structured to attract them. We will not knowingly accept a Job Seeker registration by a minor under 18, unless that individual is on active duty in one of the military Services. We will immediately delete any Minor profile, except as noted above.

Feedback on Privacy Concerns. Please notify us immediately of any privacy concerns that you might have with Landmark Destiny Group, Inc web site.
